Why should you try yoga?
⭐ It helps improve flexibility ⭐ You build strength  ⭐ Yoga shapes long and lean muscles ⭐ You improve your balance ⭐ By increasing strength and flexibility, you can prevent different sorts of pain.  ⭐ You learn how to take deeper breaths, which improves your breathing ⭐ Helps bring calmness to the mind  ⭐ Yoga is good for relieving stress ⭐ You will get an increased awareness of your body (which can lead to improved posture) 
How do I try it?
